-Fantasia Blogshop is here to sell you branded goods/high quality products at a good price. The reason why people come online and buy is to look for goods that are cheaper than buying them at retail stores,and we pride our self in delivering that in which it is definitely cheaper here. Prices are competitive though.
-Some of the item are hard to get as it is not sold at a lot of places and thus we believe that you might find it "unique" and interesting and thus want to buy it.
-We hope to serve you better. Feedback us with suggestion and comments and opinions. We will hear them. That’s our promise.
*Why buy from us?
-It’s definitely cheaper from retail price as we either buy wholesale or get it from a cheap source of suppliers. We strive on making sure this happens.
-Items are genuine, Brand new and we will try our best to provide proof of purchase and if needs so.
*What can Fantasia Blogshop provide me?
-We sell online products that caters to teenager or young adults that have a product range from electronics to fashion wear.Products are either high end or low end but one thing for sure is that it is definitely cheaper than retail and thus more value towards your money but however prices are competitive and we try our best to match the lowest price we can find online. Some of our products are hardly sold elsewhere too.
*Can I sell my products on your site?
-We are looking for great products to buy wholesale or take up consignment depending on the situation at hand.
*What are our promotions?
-We provide random gift for purchases above $80. Random gift value ranges from $2-$10. See Our random gift on our photo album to roughly see what you could be getting(Coming Soon).
*Can I preorder item(s) on your site?
-You can pre order if we run out of stock.
*Where can I find the Size Chart for any product?
-We usually provide you the details of the items on the product page itself.
*Where can i contact you guys?
-You can just Private message here or just email us at bigsupersale@hotmail.com or mbcservices@hotmail.sg. We will only give out our contact info to serious buyer if need so.
*How do I provide general feedback on product that is bought?
-We value each and every customer's opinion and feedback.
-You can use post on our wall of any suggestion,feedbacks or any other else if its private,just mail us.
*I have discovered broken link(s), missing image(s) or error messages, whom should I contact?
-First of all, we'd be real grateful if you should help us do so. Kindly just inform us through mail.
*What are the methods of payment available?
-Payment methods available on our site are
1. PayPal
(We will provide a link for you to click and pay in your mail account that you had provided us with once both parties agrees to a transaction).
2. Internet Banking / ATM Transfer (We will message you our POSB account number once both parties agrees to a transaction)
*Do you provide Cash on Delivery?
-We provide Cash on Delivery if you insist. However a charge of $15-$25 is imposed on buyer depending on time,location and our availability.
*What is the grace period for payment after an order is made?
-Payment has to be made within 3 days (inclusive of Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays) once the order is confirmed. Otherwise, the order will be cancelled.
*How many days do I have to wait in order to receive the delivered package?
-The delivery time is approximately 2-3 working days for orders within Singapore, according to SingPost.
-For overseas packages.For pre-orders, it ranges from 2 - 6 weeks after we close our pre-order dateline.
*It's been over a week and I've yet to received my products, what's up?
-In the event of a missing mail/parcel sent by registered mail, we will return the similar item or refund minus the shipping & handling charges back to you. For un-insured packages however, there is little we can do. Please let us know if such a problem should occur.
*I have received the delivered package but some merchandise are missing or damaged.
-Sorry, we do not take responsibility for any damages to item(s) during normal mail delivery. -Rest assured that all our packages are thoroughly checked for zero-defects and completeness before they are shipped out.
*I have received the product(s) but the size doesn't fit, can I opt for 1 to 1 exchange?
-Sorry, we do not have such a policy but we do our best to provide accurate size information on our products on the product page.
-Kindly check the size chart bubble on the product page before placing your order, especially if you are buying for someone other than yourself.
*The received merchandise looks different from that shown in the website, can I ask for an exchange?
